Lile Wellness Partners is a concierge-based medical practice offering a functional, integrative approach to treating hormone imbalance, auto-immune disease, chronic illness, and mind-body health. We offer comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that are customized to the specific needs of each patient utilizing an optimal combination of bio-identical medications, nutritional supplements, and the latest in new treatment advancements from around the world.

Our practice has experienced exponential growth over the past several years and we are looking for an LPN who is passionate about preventative health and wellness.

Full Time position hours would be Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Phlebotomy for patients in office and occasionally at the patient’s home/office.
Starting patient IVs
Assisting providers with prior authorizations and refill requests
Greets patients when they come in.
Maintains adequate inventory of clinical supplies.
Ability to document patient care efficiently in EMR system.
Must have the desire to be a partner and learn from mentors to grow cohesively as a practice.
Create a positive motivational environment for patients and staff.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate or accredited school of LPN.
Experience starting IVs and doing blood draws
Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision.
Must have a positive attitude, with excellent motivational and empathic communication skills.
