Locums Family Practice Physician - Vancouver, WA

Contract Information:
- Outpatient Community Health Center
- 3 month contract with possibility to extend
- Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM and no on call
- Office with support staff including MAs, mental health therapists, dieticians, and receptionist
- Up to 21 patients per day
- EPIC EMR
- All ages seen, newborn to geriatric

Requirements:
- WA License
- WA DEA
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- COVID and Flu Vaccinated
- Experience with EPIC
