Specialty: Primary Care Physician
Ideal Start Date: June 24th
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Shift Details: 8-10 hours per week (days will be flexible with what works for the client/provider)
Schedule: hours are flexible
Department Description: The program is in-patient and residential.
EMR: KIPU
Special Procedures: seeing patients ages 9-18
Practice Setting: Residential facility
Board Certification: BC
License Required: Active TX license required
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks to credential
