Job description

• Walk-In Services for CommUnityCare Patients
• Can start in 3 weeks (May 15th)
• Will take FP. All ages seen
• Will average around 24 patients per day (3 per hour or so)
• Spanish speak provider preferred
• EMR is Epic. Previous experience a plus. Dragon dictation available
• Most patients are Medicaid/Medicare
• No new grads accepted. Must have at least 2-3 years experience
• Prefer candidates that have FQHC experience
• Clinic is open 7 days a week. 7a-8p
• Provider will most likely be working 12-hour shifts
• 7a-7a or 8a-8p
• Monday through Friday. Candidate can work Saturdays as well.
• Open to candidates who want to work 4 10's or 3 12's as well.
• No call
• Must be willing to work at least 3 shifts per week to be considered.
• Acute care services with some primary care. Think somewhere between primary care and urgent care
• Cough, cold or sore throat, Fever or flu symptoms, vomiting, Ear infection, Cuts, bumps and sprains, Twisted or sprained ankle, General wound care, Minor skin rash, Mild asthma, Basic laboratory testing, Minor procedures to include toenail removal, Urinary tract infections
• Travel and lodging can be provided
