Job description

• IM accepted, peds not required, but preferred
• Chart closure within 72 hours
• Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD
• Monday-Friday 8-5, 36 hrs of pt care, 4 hrs admin time
• Mix of peds/adults
• Experience with Chronic Pain Management preferred
• A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
• We will also accept DO
• APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting
• BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)
• Active DEA needed before start
• Credentialing takes 45-60 days
