Job description

• Can cover T&L
• 5 years of experience preferred, 3 years min.
• 4 -10 hour or 5 - 8 hour shifts
• No call Coverage
• CPR , BLS, & DEA
• Can do ASAP credentialing (est. 30 days)
• Some suture and stiches
• 12-15 patients a day (more like 10-12)
• EMR: Epic
• Community Health Clinic – 80% of patients are older teen and up.
• FM preference, but will look at IM
• Provider has a MA support

• ASAP
• Ongoing
