Job description

Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: Strictly outpatient , M-F 8-5
Patients per day: 20
EMR: RPMS
Prefer VA/military/Indian Health experience
Bread and butter outpatient
Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible
License Required: OK, willing to license Physician to join the team
Certifications Required- BLS + ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 4 week timeline

• Stability with a 6 month contract
• Outpatient Clinic
• Monday through Friday 8a-5p
