We are looking for an experienced and motivated Physician who is passionate about Regenerative Medicine to lead our medical group full time in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a Physician to lead our medical management team, with the goal to elevate our company to the top of the regenerative medicine industry well into the future. As the Medical Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision of the medical side of our company. The incoming director will also play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the medical operations of our organization, ensuring that all our services adhere to the highest clinical standards, quality of care, and regulatory compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of a cutting-edge field of medicine.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the organization's medical strategy, aligning it with the overall mission, core values, and goals of QC Kinetix.
• Collaborate with the executive team to establish short-term and long-term strategic objectives, ensuring their integration into operational plans and initiatives.
• Provide expert medical guidance to support decision-making on business development opportunities, partnerships, and new service offerings.
• Drive the organization's commitment to patient-centric care, quality improvement, and innovation in regenerative medicine.
• Help ensure that our company has three key components in mind with respect to medical decisions: compliance, efficacy, and profitability.
• Provide medical leadership and expertise in regenerative medicine to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, researchers, scientists, and healthcare professionals, to develop and refine clinical protocols and treatment plans.
