OAKDALE FCI IS LOOKING FOR TWO PHYSICIANS TO START ASAP!!!

Primary Care physicians needed for full-time coverage at FCI Oakdale (Corrections)
- Facility located in Oakdale, LA (2 hours south of Monroe/Shreveport area)
- Coverage dates: ASAP – 3-month initial contract, with the ability to extend
o Start date is dependent on completion of credentialing and background/security clearance
o Tentative credentialing timeframe: 4-5 weeks
- Weekly schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Average 15 patients per day, all adults
o 20 minute standard Primary Care visits
o 30 minute chronic care visits
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage like hypertension/diabetes, light trauma cases such as suturing
- Facility uses EMR
- Any state license accepted
- Travel/lodging provided
