• Specialty: Family Practice
• Patient Population: All Ages
• Clinic Hours: 8-5pm
• Start Date: Flexible- Dec. 4th
• End Date: Flexible 3-6-9-12 months stints open to
• Work Schedule: FT/PT M-F? Flexible- 4-5 days a week clinic, 1X call during week and 1 weekend of month call
• Patients Per Day: 14-22
• Cover Travel and Lodging? Yes
• BC or BE? Either is fine
• EMR Name: Cerner
• Cred/Priv Time Frame: 30-60 days. Temp privileges option within 2-3 weeks if needed.
