Job description

- Bread and butter primary care working at a private clinic
- Clinic is looking for a part time provider to work 2-3 shifts per week and will be ongoing work
- Quick credentialing that should take about 1-2 weeks to start
- Provider will mostly have well visits, sick visits, and physical exams
- Full support staff available
