Will take FM, IM, or GP
Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p: Thursday has to be 10a-7p; 1 hour lunch
21 patients per day
Has MA, RN, and LVN support, office manager is an MA as well
EMR: Epic
3 month contract, No On call
