Seeking Physician Coverage for Southern California Facilities.

Job description

• 100% occ med setting,
• All adult population.
• Both digital x-ray and physical therapy are onsite in each clinic. Full PT gyms run primarily by DPTs, and the providers can walk the patient right over.
• Clinical support staff as well – front desk, MA, and center management.
• EMR system is Systoc. With previous CA locums, we have done an EMR training shift (just a few hours) prior to their confirmed locum shift since several of these are solo provider shifts. We want to ensure we set them up for success.
• The treating provider whether MD or midlevel determines when the patient can return to work.

• 2+ years in occ med, urgent care, ER or sports med highly preferred. Open to see GP,IM and FM as long as they have Occ med experience.
• 2 patients per hour.
• DOT preferred as well, Not Required.
• Injury care and suturing experience.
• T&L: TBD
• CA Medical License in good standing
• DEA certificate
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Board Certificate – if applicable
• DOT Medical Examiner Certificate - if applicable
• CPR/BLS Certificate
• NPDB Check
• Certificate of Insurance
• PA Supervisory Agreement – Our State Medical Director, Dr. Lebow, will be the Supervising Physician on this.
