Job description

• Will take FM, IM, or GP
• Has MA, RN, and LVN support, as well as heard office manager is an MA as well
• Can hire in a week, 3 week credentialing
• EMR: Epic
• Would like a 3 month contract, not required, No On call
• 40 hours/week
