Job description

• Will take FM, IM, or GP
• Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p: Thursday has to be 10a-7p; 1 hour lunch
• 21 patients per day
• Has MA, RN, and LVN support, as well as heard office manager is an MA as well
• Can cover Travel and lodging
• 3 week credentialing, Can hire in a week
• EMR: Epic
• Would like a 6 month contract
• No On call, 40 hours, no opportunity for OT, unless approved by staff
