We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our practice full time in Riverside, CA. We are a primary care practice that believes in compassionate, personalized care that never sacrifices quality. We are seeking providers who practice medicine with excellent patient care and customer service. Ideally, we are looking for a compassionate Board-Certified physician to join our team of providers, giving our patients the best, highest quality care that they need and deserve. Duties:
• Patient care- office visits, obtain medical history, physical exams, review pertinent records/imaging/reports
• Order and review labs/diagnostics- (pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams)
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Facilitate the referral of patients to the appropriate health facilities, agencies and resources within the community as needed
• Order pharmacologic interventions
• Develop and implement an educational plan- educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive/lifestyle modifications
