We are looking for an outstanding, motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team at our busy office in Dundalk, MD a suburb of Baltimore. We are looking for a PA or NP to join us full time, to focus on helping our patients decrease pain and restore function so that they can live happier, healthier, and more active lives. The provider will mainly provide care at our Dundalk, MD location but would also go to our clinic in Towson 1d/week.

We have an integrated, comprehensive system of treatments focused on decreasing pain and restoring function.
Duties:
• Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history, relevant imaging/studies
• Direct patient care
• Diagnoses and Treatment plans
• Referral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialties
• Administering prescribed modalities, therapies
• Regularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progress
• Patient education
• Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
• Accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
• Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• MD state PA-C/NP License
