Compensation:
• 120k /year- 130k/year

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Fort Dodge, IA. Our ideal NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to our patient’s health and wellness needs. The incoming NP will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care.
You will be an essential piece of the integrated clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with professionals to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes. This position requires someone who will be compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated and gets excited about a challenge. You must be a team player who has a genuine interest in helping others, along with an interest in changing the conversation with patients, the public and other providers about how we provide healthcare in the U.S.

Duties:
• Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
