· Bed in department: 3
· Skills Required: Upper GI endoscopy, Lower GI endoscopy, Colonoscopy
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active TX License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• On call required
• Upper GI endoscopy, Lower GI endoscopy, Colonoscopy
