Schedule: 7a-7a, 9/29 – 10/1, 10/6 – 10/13, 10/20 – 11/03, 11/08 – 11/10, 11/24 – 12/01, 12/06 – 12/08, 12/15 – 01/05- ongoing dates in 2026

· Patients per shift: 10-20

· Skills required: Upper GI endoscopy, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active AZ License Only
· DEA: Yes
· Fellowship: Required
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: next day, must have clear record
