• Required: Well woman care, Infant (30 days - 1 year), Toddler (1-2 years), Child (3-13 years), Adolescent (13-18 years), General outpatient
• The family medicine residency program is a 5-5-5 community based program.
• The role requires supervising residents at the family medicine residency clinic.
• Must be willing to see a patient independently if needed. The residency has dedicated clinic/building that is quite beautiful.
• Would need to work a minimum of two consecutive days.
• Clinic proudly provides care to underserved population, has embedded MAT/suboxone clinic (optional to provide supervision for), and transgender population (provides hormone therapy, optional supervision - upskilling readily available). Clinic has "medical home"-type RN, two triage RNs, RN Supervisor, in-house psychiatrist, and administrative director. Fantastic group of people to work with.
