-ASAP start date
-3 month assignment with possibility to extend
-Monday - Friday
-Patients ages 2 and up for FP MD
-Adults only for IM MD
-MUST BE BOARD CERTIFIED!
-Full support staff
-All ages
-Licensed in West Virginia
-Basic primary care duties: sick/well visits, annuals, medication management, disease management.
-EMR: Athena
