Family Medicine Primary Care Locumer needed in Washington

Job description

• Multiple part time locums accepted to fill schedule? Yes, no more than 2. Full time is preferred
• Shift Details (start/end times etc): 7:30a - 5:30p
Details:
• Total # FTE’s needed: 1.0Setting:
• Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
• Duties: In-person patient visits, task box, med refills, etc.
• Required Procedures: none
• Patients per day/volume:18 - 20
• Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: No
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: MA/LPN
• Reason for Coverage: Provider on extended Medical leave + currently recruiting growth position
• Deal breakers: Need a locum who will do full time coverage or 2 weeks/mo min.
• ** incomplete presentations/packets will not be accepted.
Credentialing Information:
• Timeframe: 3 months
• Requirements: Board Certification –Board Certified and Board Eligible ok? yes
• Certifications: BLS DEA
