Family Practice Physician Needed in Federal Way, WA

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: M- F 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8-hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Work Details:
· Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics
· Department Description: Community Health Center. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on-site.
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Flight, rental car or mileage, and lodging.
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE
· License Required: Active WA license required
· DEA: Active WA DEA required
· Certifications Required: Will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
· Minimum Experience Required: experienced with EPIC.
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
