Job description

• ASAP Start
• 6+ month assignment
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA approved postgraduate training program in FM or EM. Certification by the applicable medical board
• If FM, must be able to demonstrate active practice in an ED setting with a census exceeding 10,000 visits per year within the last 2 years
• Must have completed an EM or FM residency
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS all required for FM.
• If EM boarded, then ATLS can be expired/you just need to show proof of having ATLS previously
• ANNUAL VOLUME - Approx. 22,000 patients
• PPD - Approx. 60.27/day
• No Scribe
• 24 ED Beds
• ICU Beds
• Fast Track Beds
• EMR System - EPIC
• Must have active TX license
• 30-60 day credentialing
• Hospital will allow temps if provider has clean file w/ no red flags
• Paid Travel
