FP/IM needed for state supported living center!

Job description

(25 minutes south of Nacogdoches)
Must be licensed as a medical doctor by the State of Texas
Must have current registration certificates from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) .
Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#) as defined by Medicare Part B and enroll as a Medicaid and Medicare Part B provider.
Work Schedule: Hours 8 am-5 pm, M-F with every 4th week on call a month as scheduled by the Facility.
Case load will be around 60 people
See approximately 5-15 patients per day for acute illness, injury or follow-up
Perform clinics in the morning, and annual physicals/meetings in the afternoon.
