FP/IM needed for internal medicine practice North San Antonio!

FP/IM
Will be needing full-time work
Monday through Friday
8a-5p
EMR is athenaOne. Strongly prefer someone who is experienced with this newer version, however experience with athena in general is a big plus.
Seeing mostly patients aged 45-75, but may also see 14 and up
18-22 patients per day
Must have experience and be comfortable with chronic care management and preventative care
Majority of patients are scheduled appointments
Open to candidates who require travel and lodging, but really prefer someone local to the San Antonio region
