Job description

-Looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician with Family Medicine experience
-Can be Board Certified, Board Eligible or GP
-Age Range: 18 and UP
-Day to Day: follow ups, examinations
-Certs: BLS, DEA for FP Certs: BLS, DEA, PALS for PED
-October 3rd start
-Prefer Monday-Wednesday. Can work FT for the month of October. Also open to 1-2 days per week.
-8am-5pm or 8am-4pm if needed
-FP Rate:
-NO Procedures
-Client is willing to assist with T&L for both positions (Lodging, Mileage)
-T&L expenses will be billed separately to client
-20 ppd. Or less
-EMR Centricity/Athena
