• Can cover T&L
• 12 hour shifts, shifts available for Monday-Sunday
• 45 day credentialing
• Needs to be able to suture splint, Cast
• 3 patients per hour ( 40 for the entire 12 hour day)
• EMR: Experity; Can provide training over it
• Urgent Care: Seeing all ages
• MD/DO
• 8a-8p hours
• 3 locations all in a 10 mile radius of Eugene, Oregon
• Solo Provider has a MA suppor
