Southern Ohio - Family Medicine (Outpatient)
Opportunity to join a hospital employed Outpatient Family Practice Patient Centered Medical Home clinic.
M-F Schedule, No Nights, No Weekends, No Hospital work.
BENEFITS
Salary Range: Option #1: Base salary of $182,482 (for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded)
Option #2: Base salary of $228,811 (75%tile) guaranteed for one year and then switched to production contract. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded)
Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUs
CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $5000
Bonus Incentives: Excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salary
2 year contract also includes:
Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit. No matching.
Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit. Medical Center matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay
Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregate
Health Insurance: nurse practitioner pays small premium, deducted from paycheck
Non-compete: 70 mile and 2 year non-compete clause
Medical School Loan Repayment: repayment of $25,000 per year up to $200,000.
Signing bonus: 15% of base salary, forgiven over 2 years.
It is a family-oriented community with a service area of 120,000. Located along the Ohio River, the city offers services to southern Ohio and northern Kentucky. There are many cultural and recreational amenities: a local orchestra, museum, theaters, water sports, several challenging golf courses, and other outdoor activities. The city is less than 2 hours south of Columbus and less than 2 hours east of Cincinnati
