Job Details:
• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic.
• Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 730am to 400pm, Friday 8am to noon
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic and Systoc (Occupational health EMR)
• N/A Trauma
• Patient Age Demographic: Ages 2 and up, majority of patients are adults
• Provider will work autonomously; supervising physician available via phone/site visits as needed
