Job description

• Physician needed 5 days a week M-W New Mexico
• Either one provider working both locations, or two providers working part time at each location.
• ASAP Start Date
• 16 - 18 Patients Per Day
• Acute Experience Is a plus
• Overseen by Regional Medical Director
• Monday - Friday
• Licensed in New Mexico
• Willing to pay travel and lodging expenses
• 30 day contact, with the option to renew for an additional 90 days
• Average 4-8 week credentialing, if licensed and has DEA, able to get done sooner
