- Start Date: as soon as credentialed (30-90 days)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday 0800-1700 scheduled night call from 1700-0800

There will be 4 categories of service that providers will rotate through.
- Highest: Admissions evaluations and Clinical Emergency Stabilization ( 7 days)
- Urgent Care: Moderate acuity: injury, fever, Back from Med/surg facility follow up ( 7 days)
- Chronic Disease Management: Diabetes, HTN, COPD follow ups ( M-F)
- Annual Examination and health screenings for long term clients ( M-F)
