• Shift schedule: 8am to 6pm Monday through Thursday with an hour at lunch with no patients scheduled.
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
• Will Other Internal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates? Yes.
• How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage: 0
• Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No.
• Will the Locum Tenens Physician Respond to In-House Codes? No.
• Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Expected to Provide Backup for the ED? No.
• Number of Exam Rooms: 3
• Average number of OB patients Per Day: 0
• Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Urgent Care, some radiology.
• EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Level/Designation: N/A
• Emergency Supplies Available: AED
• Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric
• Required General Procedures: EKG Interpretation
• Required Medicine Procedures: Small outpatient procedures if the Physician is comfortable.
• Required Pediatric Procedures: General Outpatient, The other Physician is willing to see all Pediatric patients if the locum is not comfortable.
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• The client will reimburse for hotel and mileage.
