Job description

• FP/IM Needed in a Community Health Center South of Boston
• Open to IM or FP
• BE/BC
• ASAP - Ongoing
• Mon-Fri
• 8:30a - 5p (can be flexible on hours)
• 10-15 patients a day
• Open to multiple providers
• 85% Adult 15% Children
• Full support staff
• Sick & well visits basic outpatient clinical duties
• T&L possible but not preferred
• 30-45 day credentialing
• EMR: Athena
