Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Facility Type: Hospital
Practice Setting: Clinic
Avg. Daily Census: 20 Patients per Day
No Call
Lab & x-ray onsite
Mostly Gerneral Outpatient Cases: 10% Peds
Requirements: Board Certified, Active ME License, DEA, ACLS, BLS, & minimum of 1 year experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
