Family Practice Physician Needed in IL
Start Date: September 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8 Hour Shifts
EMR: Athena
Case/Procedure Experience: They will be seeing patients age 0-99

IL License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 45+ days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
