Chen Med Outpatient clinic In Chicago IL needs 1 IM FP's ASAP Ongoing.

IM FP needed FT M-F 7:30-5 No weekends Call is 1:10

6 months with option to extend. 30 day credentialing.

BC strongly preferred. Will look at BE, no new grads

DEA Required.

Will see Seniors, 18-21 patients per day.. Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity. (unsure)

Use internal EMR.
