Location: Conyers, GA
Setting: Clinic/Private Practice
Start Date: ASAP
Shift/Schedule: Tuesday-Wednesday from 8:30am-5:30pm
Contract Length: Ongoing
Credentialing Timeframe: 21 Days
General Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, GA License in hand, BLS, Active DEA
Skills Required: Must be able to see all ages
Patient Volume: 20 patients per day - with a support staff of 1 RN, 2 MA, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office Staff
EMR: EPIC
