Specialty: Outpatient Family Practice
Start Date: ASAP- 1 to 2 week to credential
Contract Length: ~3 months with a chance of extension
Shift Details: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from , 8:00-5:00
Patients per day: 20 PPD ~
Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
EMR: AllScripts
Board Certification: Yes
State license required: Yes
Credentialing time frame: 1 to 2 weeks
Willing To License: No
Travel/Lodging: Local candidates highly preferred at this time
