Credentialing Timeframe: 45+ days
General Requirements: Board Certified, Active CA License, Active DEA, BLS, Minimum of 3yrs working in Family Practice
Patient population/age: Mix of peds/adults
Patient Volume: 18 per shift - with support staff of 1 RN and 2 MAs
EMR: EPIC
