Job description

**ANY STATE LICENSE ACCEPTED**

Dates coverage is needed: ASAP – ongoing (6 month minimum commitment)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a – 5p OR four day work week available- no call- no weekends- off on all federal holidays

Patient Volume: 12- 15 patients per day average OUTPATIENT ONLY- ADULTS ONLY- standard outpatient care (well and sick visits, hypertension, diabetes, etc.)
Team with several Physicians, mid-levels, RN’s and specialty Physicians on staff
Type of Charting: EMR - RPMS

Requirements: BLS, ACLS (through American Heart), DEA (fee paid, schedules 2-5)
Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks on average
