Job description

• All ages seen (youngest patient 6 months old)
• No T&L available
• Basic primary care, hypertension, diabetes, sick/well visits
• Support staff: Clinical director, NP per physician
• Paper charting
• No procedures required
• Roughly 10-15 patients per shift
