Nuclear APP needed in San Francisco

Job description

Contract Length: 6 months, ASAP start
Shift Details: M-F or 4x10

Work Details:
• Patients per day: small number – 12-15/weekly; APP is managing a cadre of ~50ish patients. Patients receiving treatment over a set period of time, APP is responsible for the intake and ongoing monitoring of patients as they receive therapy
• Patient population/age: adult
• Department description: Partially remote / can complete basket tasks from home but will need to be in SF
• EMR: epic
• Special procedures: no procedures required
• Skills required: Write a HOP, order/monitor labs, progress notes, tele and video health visits

• Only 1 year of APP experience needed
