Job description

Family Practice NP Needed in AZ:
Start Date: 4/15/24 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Shift Details: M-F 9a-6p
Outpatient clinic
All ages, mainly adults
EMR: Athena Practice
AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
