Primary Care Provider Locum Need - November thru January!

Job description

We have a need north of Houston for a Primary Care Provider (Physician or APP) for 3-month assignment starting in November! Details below! 

Family medicine physician or NP/PA needed in north Houston!

Assignment term: November 2024, 90 day assignment until perm is identified
Location: Spring, TX
Patient population: established patients only, no new patients, all ages for sick, hospital discharge follow-up, physicals, chronic disease management, no well woman, no ADD/ADHD, no chronic pain or psych
Youngest patient will be 5 years
No in office procedures
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm 
Expected volume: 16-18 patients per day
EPIC EMR
Will be working with MA
Can take BC FP/IM/NP. Will consider truly BE
Call is possible
