Clinical Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be highly driven to provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments/outpatient procedures, HRT trained, Weight Loss treatment protocols and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong foundation in medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to see up to 20 patients per day.

Job Responsibilities

Close progress notes on a daily basis with no more than a 48-hour lag.
Work closely with MA's to send patient prescriptions on time, Order labs and discuss the results with patients in a timely manner. Send out referrals when needed and follow up in timely manner.
Adhere to schedules and avoid cancellations on patients unless in an emergency situation.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician assistant or in a similar role within a healthcare setting. Licensed in the state of Texas.
Functional Medicine and Aesthetic procedures will be a great addition to the above but not required.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Pay: $105,369.00 - $150,006.00 per year
