Job description

Start once credentialed - Credentialing timeline 90 days.
Contract length: 3 months +

APP/Mid-Level Coverage Avail: Yes
Hospital - Trauma Level: II
EMR: epic
Avg. Daily Census: Will see up to 18 patients per day in office. Avg amount of calls weeknights & weekends: 10. Outpatient 19 patients per day.
Patient Age Group: adults
Procedures: *Inpatient only labor and delivery. Labor and delivery; providers do not go on site they handle the Geste Patients (Diabetic Pregnant Women) via the phone.
