• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
• Licensed in WI or IMLC
• NO Trauma Level
• Will Provider Be Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers? Yes
• RN: 2-4 MA: 0
• Is Resident or Teaching Supervision Required? Yes
• PA/NPs: 2 Office Staff: 0-1
• Are temporary privileges available?: Yes
• Admissions Required: Yes
• Is hospital stroke certified?: Yes
• Patients Per Shift: 18
• Bed In Department: 13
Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: Yes
• specialty services: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology
Are newborn deliveries received in the ED?: Yes
• Is there a L&D department?: yes
• Yes, ABEM is required (eligible or certified)
• No other boards accepted.
• If EM residency trained, physicians only have to have taken the life support courses once (which is typically required in residency).
• Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• EMR: EPIC
