Will cover Travel and Lodging:

Hours 12 hour shifts – 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Population Able to see infants up through elderly patients; able to treat lacerations, sutures, incisions
Contract Most likely a 6 month contract
Locations: Multiple locations throughout the Milwaukee Metro area.
Details:
1. They are looking for 4 FT physicians who are FM or EM for this need. Will include weekends, but is open to whatever 3-4 days the provider can give them. Anticipated start is Mid Jan and they will prioritize credentialing. Reason for need lost a few MD’s and changes with their APP’s
2. Are you looking for MD’s or APP’s? MD’s/DO’s, no APP
3. Do you need one per location? the Provider would serve multiple locations.
4. Typical volumes per location? 40-60 patients per day per 12 hour day at the other sites (60 patients is rare)
5. Coverage model per location? 1 Md 1 APP; Mostly 1:1
6. On the presentation please list if the provider has EPIC ASAP experience and 3-5 phone screen times

• PRN shift coverage
• Must be comfortable with seeing infants up through elderly patients; Also able to treat lacerations, sutures, incisions
